Change at the Baptist Church
Contrary to the rumours,
Torrington's Baptist Church is not closing down, but, as you may be aware,
Pastor Dave Eadie will be leaving Torrington's Baptist Church at the end
of the year. He wishes to continue to live in Torrington as he takes up
his role as Associate Pastor at Abbotsham Baptist Church.
Also changing is the contact telephone number for the Church, and is now
01805 625879. At present all calls will be routed to Pastor Dave but from
the end of the year they will be answered by our Secretary, Colin Weir.
You may also have heard we have re-started our Friday evening Youth Club.
We meet from 7:30pm till 9:30pm and all youngsters between school years
7 - 11(secondary school age) are welcome. Pool, Table Tennis, Tuck Shop,
Computer Games and Basket Ball are available to enjoy at a cost of 50p
per evening.
