GTS @ Ten Tors
2009
The Annual Ten Tors event took place on Saturday/Sunday
9/10 May.
Great Torrington School entered for the 35, 45 Miles challenges and 2
students for the Jubilee Challenge team and the D of E award open group
entered 35, 45 and 55 miles
The event weather was sunny and the walkers were in high sprits, 32 walkers
left the camp Saturday morning and 32 walkers returned by 5pm Sunday where
there were tears of achievement from walkers, parents' staff and supporters!

I would like to say a big well done to all the walkers you all did a super
job! Now have a few weeks rest and we will see you soon for the next challenge!
